BTCU Launches New & Improved Online Banking

We are excited to announce New & Improved Online Banking is finally here! We've added some great new features
and a fresh new look to BTCU Online Banking including:
Simplified menus and easy navigation
Makes it easy to find whatever you're looking for - current balance, check images and recent transactions.
Enhanced security layers
Prevents unauthorized access to your account information.
Secured messaging
Now you can send questions and receive answers concerning your BTCU accounts and services securely to and from Member Services.
Mobile banking
Access your account information right from you web-enabled cell phone for up-to-the-minute account information and quick transfers between accounts.
Schedule transfers
With our new system you can schedule transfers between your accounts in advance – one-time or recurring.
The first time you access the system on or after August 10, you will be required to enroll and establish your new logon settings. Simply go to our website, select Online Banking & Bill Pay from the dropdown menu under Access Your Accounts, and click the Enroll button. You will then be prompted to answer a few simple questions to verify your identity and select a new Logon ID and Security Code. Please make sure to keep your new logon information in a safe and convenient place for easy reference.
