Whether you're a current BTCU member or looking to join our credit union, we want to make sure you take full advantage of all we have to offer. We are committed to helping our members simplify their lives with outstanding service, better rates and lower fees. This easy-to-use guides will help you switch your most important and routine financial needs to BTCU.

Current Members, add new products and services with this online application.
Here is the process to follow:
1. Begin using your new BTCU accounts and stop using your old accounts.
2. Switch your Direct Deposits.
3. Switch your Automatic Payments.
4. Payoff loans at your old bank with a new, lower-rate BTCU loan.
5. Only after all outstanding checks have cleared and all automatic withdrawals have been switched to BTCU, close your old bank account.
